  2. I don’t listen to Bill Slime Cunningham’s program everyday as I am not that much of a masochist. But I do hear his show on Sunday nights here in NYC. And he has never, NEVER referred to John McCain as “John Sidney McCain”. Never. He is full of shit. Full of Shit Full of Shit Full of Shit Full of Shit.
