He says he’d be happy to give a keynote address at the Republican National Convention.

“If Sen. McCain, who I support so strongly, asked me to do it, if he thinks it will help him, I will,” Lieberman said in a brief interview.

But when his Senate job was at risk and Ned Lamont was giving him a run for his money, Joltin’ Joe (or is that Boltin’ Joe) sang a different tune:
