I just saw a video of Obama for another speech when he was NOT talking about Hillary.
When he looked down at his notes, his finger went across his face exactly like in the above picture. It looked more like a mannerism than a scratch.
Obama doesn’t wear flag pins because he cant burn them…. :)

Well, even if it is what it somewhat possibly resembles, it shows a great deal more subtlety, nuance and style than Bush and Cheney standing on a stage at a public forum and discussing how a member of the media is an “asshole”, and not only that but a “major league asshole.”
So yeah, if Barack’s flipping the bird, I’m fine with that.
