Hillary By 9.34 Points
And the numbers are here.

Wow looks like God answered my prayer. ONLY JOKING! Hahaha! :) Don’t worry about it Jeff as I can’t stomach what’s going on either. That is why I rely heavily on my sense of humor to keep me sane. Otherwise they’d have to lock me up and throw me in a padded cell. Humor and Alan Colmes are good medicine.
sorry Piphy. I guess the sarcasm went over my head. It’s just that when I see stuff like that…well I can’t stomach it much any more. Eight years of this BS is more than enough.
Cheryl, Barack has DETAILED pages on various issues and his policy plans on his website, http://www.barackobama.com/. Hillary is just playing political games when she tries to paint a picture in the minds of voters that Obama is nothing but an empty suit. She knows that Obama is a better speaker than her and that she needs to downplay this so that she can get voters to think about experience rather than inspiration and a campaign that is funded by ordinary people rather than special interests. In fact, even though Hillary has the special interests on her side, she STILL can’t compete with Barack Obama’s fundraising machine that is fueled by private citizens, not corporate interests. I think that is one of the most powerful things about Barack’s message. He can get tons of extra campaign money from lobbyists, but he doesn’t want any part of being accountable to them.
Hey RC! Here is the link to Lionel’s website where you can listen live each morning 9AM-12Noon. There is also info there about his podcasts:
Geez, I haven’t heard Lionel in a long time. There used to be nights when I could catch Alan, Lionel, Phil Hendrie, and maybe an hour of that wildman Savage, or some or all of the above. Now it’s podcasts, and I haven’t been able to find a Lionel podcast.

15 months and counting… and counting and counting and counting… It’s like pulling teeth. Verrrrry slowwwwwwwwwly…
Now we’ll wait for the all mighty percentages.

But it’s only a 4% victory in a state where she should have hammered Barack. I think that speaks volumes about how powerful Barack’s message is.

50% of the precincts in and Hillary’s 8% ahead.
Please Dear God hear my prayer. Please let this campaign end before my hair turns completely grey.
Amen.

How are you Alan, and thank you for taking my comments. Poor misguided Epiphany. People like you cheapen religion. Do you really think that a God, any God, would care about politics in America, or any other country? Do you agree with the Coach of the Colts, who said the Colts won the super bowl last year because of their lord and savior? Did he have money on the Giants this year? If he really was a Colt fan why don’t they win every year? The most offensive thing I have ever heard still rings in my ears, when the supreme court ordered the state of Florida to stop counting votes in 2000 a customer of mine said, “my prayers have been answered”.
Stop being a nit-wit.
Boy do I hate when I cant get to sleep.

Damn, wish that Obama would have pulled an upset and got this thing over with. Now it’s all but certain to go through all of the states, which at least Obama should win North Carolina. I think this thing will be decided in June after all the states have their say.

Well, if there is a God, or any god, and he, she, or it cares about human beings, then I would guess this divinity must care about our politics, since politics is the primary means by which we sort out what we’re going to do as a society.

Dear Lord hear my prayer.
Please help jerseyjeff to lighten up a little and please help him to recognize sarcasm when it is before him.
Thank you God. Amen.
PS: And Dear Lord could you also do something about the 9AM 2 hour infommercial that is now on my local radio station here on WWRL in NYC which recently replaced Lionel on Air America?
Thank you for taking my prayer. (Haha God hates it when I say that!)

RC, of course God cares about our politics. I know God cares, I’m just not sure how much He does to effect it. He effects it indirectly in a big way, particularly with the traditional politician’s alliance to Israel. John actually made some interesting points in his last “great american novel” entry (as Zoey put it, lol). He included a list of Biblical scripture that says we should not do such and such (like kill and steal) that has been adopted as law.
Josh, can you post in the open thread and tell me why you’re for Obama? I’m just trying to get an idea of everyone’s perspective.
Michael, what’s so powerful about Obama’s message? I think Hillary hit the nail on the head when she said he has a knack for ‘whoop dee do’ speeches. All I hear in his speeches are beautiful stories illustrating that we need change, with no details on how that change will be effected. I’m not against Obama, and didn’t vote in the VA primary b/c I couldn’t make up my mind between the 2.
