  5. I’ve never heard the song you guys are talking about.

    I don’t know… I have neighbors who let their dogs crap all over the place and they don’t care. I also have neighbors who pick up after their dogs. I think that for someone, including a ‘kid’ as the woman says in the vid, to have cooked up this scheme there has to still be droppings laying around. Now, how they would determine it’s one of her 4 dogs I don’t know… unless they’ve actually seen it. I don’t know. Maybe they should have just filed another report.
