Since my opinion is the same as the majority on the Supreme Court I suppose the justices who believe in applying our Constitution to detainees are also traitors who don’t deserve to be defended? And legal scholars who agree that our Constitution applies to persons, not just citizens, should also be the objects of your wrath? A clear reading of the Bill of Rights is that our forefathers wanted a country where “people”, not just citizens” are protected from an overreaching government.

You may wish to refresh yourself with the actual wording of the Bill of Rights, which clearly refers to “people”.
