Iraq Wants Us To Get The Hell Out

Iraq’s national security advisor,  Mouwaffak al-Rubaie, won’t sign a security deal with the US unless it provides specific dates for us to withdraw.

“Our stance in the negotiations underway with the American side will be strong … We will not accept any memorandum of understanding that doesn’t have specific dates to withdraw foreign forces from Iraq,” al-Rubaie said.

Methinks this makes us occupiers, not liberators.

  1. I can’t wait to hear the really creative explanations for why we have to stay when the so-called “sovereign government of Iraq” is telling us to leave.

    And in other news: The White House apologized today for a press kit that describes Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi as one of the “most controversial leaders in the history of a country known for government corruption and vice.”

  7. News flash “They did’nt invite us in.” Even though they have a US approved Govt. The Iraqi politicians know that if they agree to any silly proposal like 50 US based permanent or otherwise will cause all the Iraqi people to revolt like we have never seen. They want their freedom from America and their largly ignorant reps “The US Military”. Imagine if you had to make your opinion about America by watching and listening to 18 to 30 year olds who have been left out of tyhe American dream. Don’t be silly people go to the military for the same reason they did in Roman times. There was not anything else happening, and they decided to do like soldiers do see the world. We go around telling Muslims what their religion is about and when they say no thats not how it goes. We inform them that theirs is a culture of death while ours is one of life. WE want to tell them how to treat their women and daughters. Like we are a role model with all the child abductions murders and rapes committed in this country. American experts correct them especially on FOX NEWS, and CNN.
