I’m always amazed when someone at the low end of the income scale calls in to defend the interests of those at the high end of the income scale. I don’t understand it, but it always amazes me. Maybe it’s because they hope the rich folks with throw ‘em some crumbs if they step up to defend them?
Speaking as a technical professional in the manufacturing business, no one here is struggling to find help. Few are hiring. Those few who are looking for help are all offering a wage of $10/hr. $10/hr puts a family of four way, way below the poverty level.
