Rudy Giuliani is correct in this clip that Ronald Reagan spoke on the first day of the 1988 convention. But he snarkily suggests that Bill Clinton won’t get a prime time spot tonight in Denver. Clinton is due to speak in the 9PM ET hour which, as far as I know, is prime time.
