I hear you keep saying “Because I’m liberal does this make me less patriotic?” Well sir having liberal views does not make you less patriotic, but your socialist views and the socialist views of the candidate you support does! This country was not founded on socialist ideas. Socialists like yourself have the right to move to any socialist country you have a mind to. The problem is people like myself who truly love living in freedom and not socialism don’t want to change our country! I believe the majority of Americans don’t want socialist change either. These people on the right constantly screaming ‘SOCIALISM’ are as tiresome as the people on the left screaming ‘FACISM’. But there seems to be a 1000:1 ratio of these people who see socialism everywhere. I guess the right wing radio guys have ‘em all stirred up.

How people think that a fetus is not a life is something I can not understand.I believe a baby in the womb is the MOST sacred place on earth. Dam up rivers to save the spotted minnows, but extracting a fetus from the without any [reguard] for him or her makes NO sense to me.

This is my first time checking out Alan’s site. Sometimes I surf over to H&C during commercials (for some laughs) but lately I can’t take it any more. ALAN: From reading your blog, I’d think you were actually a liberal! If you talked on H&C like you READ on your site, it would be a really cool show! But Hannity is so nasty, such a steamroller – he doesn’t even let you finish a sentence. You guys have some basic renegotiating to do, in my opinion. Sean gets his own separate show, his own specials, his hate-filled radio tirade every day, so why can’t H&C be balanced? I’d love to see you stand up to him and say some things you’ve written on your site. ASK PALIN HARD QUESTIONS re: her lies, for instance, since H. will kiss her feet.

1. Why is it that conservatives are obsessed with fetuses but ironically once that baby is actually born, they don’t give a crap about it anymore? We all know Republicans aren’t big fans of social programs – like you know – funding children’s health care programs, supporting many of these social programs that offer assistance to many of these children you want people to have that are born into poverty, neglected, abused, improperly educated, born crack-addicted or with fetal alcohol syndrome, etc. The Republican mentality has always been “no government handouts, survival of the fitess”. But perhaps Obama summarized the Republican mentality best in his DNC speech:
“The Republicans believe in the ownership society, which really means you’re on your own. Born into poverty? Well, you’re told – pull yourself up by your boot straps – despite the fact that you don’t have any boots. You’re on your own”.
2. How can people that claim to value life so much, have no concern over bombing a country who was no threat to us – and killing many innocent Iraq children? I can honestly say that I have NEVER heard one word of concern about the murder of all of these children from any of you fetus obsessed people. But…oh wait, I forgot they’re Muslim children – I guess they don’t matter.
Yeah…you guys are such nice, compassionate, loving people to care about fetuses so much though. Fine, have your stance on abortion, but until your concerned about these other situations – your stance makes no sense to me.

Most Americans don’t want to sit on their butts and let someone else “do it” for them. This country was NOT founded on handouts. If you want a welfare state you have two choices: Move, or vote for obama.
The very man you guys want in the white house worked hard to get what he has….and now he wants to dumb you down, make you lazy, and convince you that you need the government to take care of you.
Wanna talk about an ownership society? When the government is in charge of paying, feeding, and providing healthcare to you… who owns you?
Noone from the right WANTS collateral damage. I know a lot of soldiers and none of them have ever said “hey, I feel good, we just bombed a town and killed lots of kids”.
You should have as much concern for the children who were on the planes the terrorists crashed, the ones who were orphaned on 9/11, the husbands and wives who never came home that day, or even the children in this country whose parents are on deployment risking their lives so you can sit on here and crap on their service.
And by the way, it wouldn’t hurt to have a little compassion for the unborn babies who die daily in this country because their mommies need a “choice”

And yes, the constant blather and reference to the collateral damage that NOONE who is a republican is concerned about is a load of bull. How many republicans wear the uniform?
Basically saying that noone cares about collateral damage is one step away from the nonsensical yammering of the yuppies who spat in the faces of our soldiers who were DOING THEIR JOB when they came home from Vietnam.
And you want to point to ONE quote by ONE woman, Ann Coulter and assume once again that because that is her opinion that everyone who isn’t like you feels that way?
Maybe you should start asking Obama about his friend and campaign supporter William Ayers who was a domestic terrorist and is proud of it. maybe you should look further into HIS ties to terrorist before you start pointing fingers at everyone else.
I feel horrible that children are killed in war. But I would also be honest and say that I would rather fight over there, than over here. You have been safe for 7 years right? You can at least be thankful for that, right?
