Will Carly Fiorina Show Up On A Milk Carton?

September 17th, 2008, 1:32 PM EDT

That seems to be what is likely to happen after she went off-message and said none of the candidates, including John McCain and Sarah Palin could run a major corporation.

Oh Oh! Now, a McCain “campaign source” is saying Fiorina “will disappear” from TV because McCain is “furious”.  She’ll still be around to shake the money tree, though.

And while we’re at it, here is a roundup of people who are telling McCain how strong the economy is, including Phil Gramm, who said we’re in a “mental recession” and Rick Davis, who lobbied for Fannie and Freddie.

Responses to this post...

  1. The candidates can’t run a corporation? How can Fiorina tell? HP’s stock went up 7% on news the company dumped her.

Guess it’s a good thing that government works differently from private enterprise…As it should.

  2. I was surprised to see Fiorina in the sunlight. I thought she was a vampire…

  3. Must be a slow news day to start going after Carly Fiorina.

  4. Kinda forgot to mention that she doesn’t believe that Obama or Biden could run one either didn’t you? Oh, the age of You Tube…we can show only the parts we want to show. Typical

  5. Bush proved that a CEO can’t run the government correctly.

  7. This is just another dumb issue. She was right even if McCain is pissed and took a downward bump. Anyone suggesting Dick Fuld for president… even with lipstick? It’s a different job.

Let’s get back to Troopergate and Bill Ayers. The other two older gladiators are known quantities and their behavior recorded.

First one that tells me the truth about what he’ll need to do as President to rescue the economy gets my respect.

  8. You could stop a hundred people at the local 7-11 and no one’s going to know who Carly Fiorina is except the one person picking up the Wall Street Journal.

Now if you put up a video with a hundred people coming out of that 7-11 and they all say they’re voting for one candidate or the other you might actually have something that means something to people.

  10. Hey Alan how come we are not talking about the $126,000 that Obama has been given by Fannie and Freddie over 4 years. He is #2 behind Chris Dodd but then again he has been in Washington for a long time. Oh that 2 of his advisers were in the higher ups and CEOs of Fannie and Freddie. Or his treason trying to undermine our government while in Iraq? But I guess this is all nothing and should be sweep under the rug for “The Manchurian Candidate”.

  11. Commercial banks have donated $1,868,224 to John McCain.

    So What?

  12. Lynn Forester de Rothschild

Lynn Forester de Rothschild, a top Hillary Clinton fundraiser and member of the Democratic National Committee’s Platform Committee, supports John McCain, his campaign says.

Rothschild has said she thinks Barack Obama is arrogant and has difficulty connecting with average Americans.

Rothschild is a member of the DNC’s Democrats Abroad chapter and splits her time living in London and New York. She was one of Clinton’s top fundraisers, bringing in more than $100,000 for her presidential campaign. She built a multimillion-dollar telecommunications company before marrying international banker Sir Evelyn de Rothschild.

Rothschild plans to announce her support for McCain on Wednesday in Washington

    ………………………..

    I agree.
What I can’t understand is, if you think that #1. Obama is best candidate for the job, OR, #2. At this point, THE Democratic nominee (whether Hillary, Obama, Edwards OR Kucinich) is a heads above the Republican nominee, why in the world would you care what this person says?
