“Yet another ignorant leftist lie.” The last refuge of dishonest PUNK.
From a speech given by Bush in 2002:

Freddie Mac recently began 25 initiatives around the country to dismantle barriers and create greater opportunities for homeownership. One of the programs is designed to help deserving families who have bad credit histories to qualify for homeownership loans.
And then there’s my friend Kirbyjon Caldwell. He not only provides counseling and job training, he actually decided to encourage a development of homes in the Houston area. People — low-income people are going to be able to more afford a home in Texas because of Kirbyjon’s vision and work. He’s answered the call of faith to help people help themselves and to help them realize dreams.
The other thing Kirbyjon told me, which I really appreciate, is you don’t have to have a lousy home for first-time home buyers. If you put your mind to it, the first-time home buyer, the low-income home buyer can have just as nice a house as anybody else. And I know Kirbyjon. He is what I call a social entrepreneur who is using his platform as a Methodist preacher to improve the neighborhood and the community in which he lives.

Didn’t the obama campaign already design new money with his face on it?
No doubt obama, having his likeness used, is profiting off these coins.

I thought McCain fixed everything by his mere appearance…

I’m going to start managing my finances the same way that the U.S. Government does.
I will now begin offering aid packages to foreigners. I am in debt, but will borrow the money to cover the aid packages from my competitors in countries like… China. Yes, China! That sounds like a great idea. I will allow them to hold a good percentage of my debt.
I will also start bailing out the businesses here in Fredericksburg, V.A. Whether or not the failure of the business is due to their own poor management, and whether or not their failure will impact my community, I will bail them out because I’m a capitalist and capitalism RULES! And the money that I use to bail these companies out will also have to be borrowed from people in other countries bc I am so far in debt. But that’s okay! I will do this because that’s what I’ve been doing, so why stop now?
I will begin ignoring the plight of my domestic neighbors and keep my focus on foreigners and corporations. I will occasionally force myself to put together a substandard aid package for my domestic neighbors, but will resist doing so because I am in debt (I prefer to only deepen my debt for foreigners and corporations).
That is my plan. If you don’t like it, you’re a libtard and need to get the hell out of my country!

My investments have shed 35% since May. I “lost” 4% Friday alone.
I only put money into companies I follow closely and who actually make “things” in the USA, doing well worldwide. None of my investments are in anyone who isn’t doing very well (business wise) in the face of strong economic headwinds and still I’ve watched 35% of their value go up in smoke in just a few months.
If Congress doesn’t get something going this weekend, expect more big drops next week. There’s nothing more disgusting than watching Blunt and Cantor trying to use us all as pawns in their quest to save their big business friends.

Funny thing is, that shot of George Washington was taken in response to the New Deal, which precedent, once set, took us down the slippery slope to suck.

Ronnie Reagan began the dismantling of FDR’s New Deal in 1980. Not much of it’s left and we’re worse off for its absence.
But everything old becomes new again. FDR’s day will dawn again, soon.
