That is why I believe that Obama/Biden is the ONLY responsible choice.
And by the way:
Orson Scott Card only CALLS himself a Democrat. To use the parlance of the GOP, he is a DINO.
He is a staunch supporter of Zell Miller and was against John Kerry in 2004.
He is a homophobe, and against contraception.
And, The Rhinoceros Times is a conservative news and opinion newspaper, which is OK, but it should NOT be passed off as Democratic.
My vote on Nov.4th will be be based on the following:
#1 Knowledge is power. I have tried to become as informed as possible. This has been quite challenging since the media has becomes less fact driven and more
“agenda driven”. None the less I have been diligent.
#2 I will pray that I and all the American people are given the wisdom to elect the right person for America.

You mentioned Rev. Wright in your latest post. What can you tell us about Sarah Palin’s Pastor?
As we go into the final stretch of the Presidential Race, it seems as though there is talk of talking about the Candidates religious beliefs. I would like to know why no one is talking about who Sarah Palin’s and John McCains Pastors and what their beliefs are?
Is Sarah Palin’s Pastor a “Witch Doctor” or does he get “Rid” of witches? Does Sarah Palin have the same beliefs?
I have been told that there is a clip of Sarah Palin’s Pastor “Praying over John McCain”. Do you know anything about this clip? If this is true, does John McCain have the same beliefs as Sarah Palin and her Pastor? If this answer is no, then why would he allow her Pastor to pray over him? What does John McCain think of Sarah Palin and he Pastor’s beliefs?

Good grief, Alan…you get angry and call people names like “bigot” because they have something potentially against a Muslim becoming our President?
Obama is NOT a Muslim, obviously, nor was he ever practicing as such. Most rational people clearly see that.
However, if he WERE, what is wrong with being against a religion–especially in this country with a strong Judeo-Christian history–that has a very LARGE minority of its adherents being violent and anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, etc.? Would you want a very fundamentalist Christian being President? Of course you wouldn’t. Does that make you a religious bigot? Of course not.

It really should be a crime to misrepresent someone and their policies! I guess thats what we could also expect from the McCain Foreign Policies. We will never know the truth about another countries stance as the Republican’s are so good at misrepresenting others. We will always be wondering!!!! Very tragic!!!! If a Republican is elected they are telling us they only represent a certain part of the population rather than all Americans.
