I have listened to fake news reports given as evidence of Obama’s fascist intentions by the local AM radio station and a few other illegal acts made by individuals who hate this country and want to make sure democracy is not done. Snopes and Salon take the credit for debunking this false Maureen Dowd article and other e-mails that lie about Obama’s record and funding.
This is something that should result in a jail sentence for the individuals involved. The hate mailers are just gnats compared to presenting yourself as a reporter when you are not.

After graduating high school in 1971 I married, and became a father at 19. By the time I was 22 we had purchased our first home with a small down payment and a fixed FHA mortgage. I drove 25 miles to work from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami and back each day in a Volkswagen Beetle. It was difficult financially but we never failed to make those mortgage payments. My wife has passed, my daughter has her own family and I’m getting ready to build my fourth home. I’ve never defaulted on a financial responsibility of any kind. I’m against this bailout, and against helping any of these irresponsible morons who accepted these ARM mortgages whether they are homeowners, or speculators, who by the way hold the majority of these loans.

As I have stated to you many times before, thank you so much for your voice on the Colmes/Cool and Hannity/Insanity Show.
My greatest enjoyment truly comes when some guest with their regular “talking points” get shut down with the stupid look, when you bring up or counteract with a fact they have not prepared for. I think you are a great guy. It is hard for me to understand how you can sit by Hannity/Insanity without…uh…oh well. you know what I mean.
My biggest concern is that seriously, there is something wrong with that guy–Hannity/Insanity. I truly beleive in freedom of speech, and would forever, fight for Hannity Insanity to have the right to do so. but…why he is comfortable speaking that Obama keeps calling his name?? uhh..uhh. hasn’t he been mentioning Obama’s name 100 times a day for the past 18 months. that alone leads me to beleive he is not mentally or emotionally well. My last point, I can understand that he doesn’t want to say President Obama, anymore than I chose to say President Bush or President McCain, but the length that hannity insanity goes to , in order to defame and demean Sen. Obama, is really more of a reflection on hannity than it could ever be on Sen. Obama, an outsider would easily think that hannity is extremely jealous of Sen. I definitely do not see eye-to-eye with you on much; but I do respect you big-time for asking tough, opposing view questions of the the guests you and Hannity have on your show.
I will have to say one thing: It is not a smear, or spewing hate when someone questions Barack Obama or John McCain on something. That is our fundamental right as Americans; to ask/question the people that will be elected to office and have power OVER US.
NOTE: I will have to disagree on what you said last night regarding McCain contributing money to Khalidi; 1) Was McCain aware of WHO he was contributing to? 2) He did not hang out with Khalidi and his ilk like Obama has with Ayers, etc.

I’ve always said that in order to be a liberal, you’ve got to either be stupid or one immoral sob. Either way, you lose. I believe I’ve figured out the reason behind you leaving Hannity and Colmes.
