It may have been the most negative ad of the campaign that hurt Elizabeth Dole, insinuating that Kay Hagan, a practicing Christian, is “godless”. Hagan has now defeated Dole in that race. The GOP in NC accused Hagan of having a “radical homosexual agenda.” Good to know this stuff no longer works. How ironic that this is the seat once held by Jesse Helms.
Thank God that good has triumphed over evil and that the voters of North Carolina did the right thing. God bless Kay Hagan, God bless North Carolina, God bless Barack Hussein Obama and God bless America.

Some negative campaigning is truly disgusting. I understand it’s not going to go anywhere, which is a shame since it seems that the only way to really WIN most campaigns is not to have better issues, but to make the other guy vilified to the populace.

The advent of YouTube and the generally increased know-how of the electorate has dulled the effectiveness of these attacks…

Glad to see that negative campaigning got shot down in flames. I don’t even care what Kay Hagan stands for. The crap that Dole sent out in her ads was so ridiculous, condescending, and even slanderous, only a retard would be swayed by it. But maybe that was her audience.
Finally the people have shown they’re tired of this kind of low-browed politicians.

I just heard Ed Rollins over on Lou Dobbs say that it had been mentioned that Obama spent more time in NC than Elizabeth Dole. Good for Kay Hagan to stand up against the R smear machine tactics.
