Italian PM Berlusconi: Obama Is “Young, Handsome And Even Tanned”

PM Silvio Berlusconi of Italy is being accused of embarrassing his country by its only black MP, Jean-Leonard Taudi. Walter Veltroni, leader of Italy’s center-left opposition says the remark “seriously damages the image and dignity of our country.” MP Massimo Dondi says Berlusconi is guilty of imbecility.
But as his opponents demanded an apology be issued, Mr Berlusconi, 72, said the remark was in fact “a great compliment”.
Berlusconi needs a new pair of glasses ….. or, he is just a tasteless comic hired by Sean.

It’s high time people stopped making excuses for the small-minded comments from heads of state who are an embarrassment to their people.
After 8 years of mentally-challenged Bush, it will feel good to feel proud of one’s country again.
And to you Italians, my deepest condolences.

I’m sorry for this Berlusconi’s misanderstanding, unfortunatly he is the best leader in Italy imagine others, if you take an italian kid is more clever than our politician… we say: if you are not stupid you can’t go in Parliament. Obama is great and Usa lovely

Berlusconi and the Italian center Right is one of the greatest friends of the United States in Europe and the Left hates him for that.
The people of the left are losers and in bad faith and they “became” pro Americans just after november 4th 2008. Now after the cordial 20-minute phone call that Obama did to Berlusconi they don’t know what to say.. Their Clown Boss Mr Veltroni (the leader of the Italian wannabe Democratic Party that thinks to have been determinant for the Obama’s victory.. not joking..) is silent with the hope that the people forget the circus that they have put in place, a boomerang.
The Americans and Obama for first are not idiots, they know that it is the Left to burn U.S. flags generally at the anti US demonstrations..and for that they have never apologized, just like when one of their leaders called Mrs Rice a “monkey”.
