Please tell Lanny to be quiet when others are speaking on Hannity & Colmes. Whether he believes what the other person is saying or not, his rude and bully behavior is offensive to this and other listeners. He lost credibility in the process of talking over the other guest.

Alan: It is the height of absurbity to suggest that the market rallied almost 500 points today because of the appointment of the new Treasury Secretary. The rally was caused by the market being grossly oversold and the end of triple witching today. Please don’t try to insult your listeners!

I wholeheartedly agree with Kathy Greene. Alan is indeed rude and does present an offensive behavior. Actually, I am surprised that he is allowed to be on any show which he does not respect its listeners enough to keep his mouth shut when someone else is talking. Truly, he is a bully and would not open his mouth if he didn’t think the liberals were 100% behind him. I’ve got news for him. I know of many, many liberals who will not even listen to or watch him.

I’m a conservative who always wanted to understand the liberal mindset. Alan, you have always been rational and reasonable, giving your guests the opportunity for polite give and take. You furthered your cause. I have been persuaded on some issues, and have a better opinion of Democrats because of your influence. Unfortunately, I believe Hannity’s brash style does more harm for consersatives. He talks over people, doesn’t give them a chance to respond. It doesn’t make his guests look bad as much as us conservatives. I wish you every success, as you are a good and talented man with a view that many of us want to hear and understand. Thanks for your good work!

Figured I needed some liberal perspective in my life. Listened to the last podcast (11/21) and ended in disappointment with putting words into the last caller’s mouth. I am pretty sure he was just saying people can’t slam W for what he’s doing without understanding that it has been a (bad) tradition dating back to Carter. Revealing the underlying motive comes through questions not accusations. Of course, if you want to copy what conservative radio talk hosts do and put words into the mouths of some of their callers go ahead. Other than that you made me laugh at the stupid accusations conservatives are making.
