CIA Destroyed Interrogation Tapes

Why, you ask?  Why do you think?  Acting US attorney Lev Dassin says, “Ninety-two videotapes were destroyed,” many more than originally thought.  At the trial of 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui prosecutors first said no such tapes existed before admitting there were two videotapes and one audiotape.

The ACLU has filed suit, seeking more details of terror investigations.  Of course the government is claiming some of the information is classified, such as the names of CIA agents who viewed the tapes.  Tapes?  What tapes?
