Steele Vs. Laumbugh: A New Republican Feud?
RNC Chair Michael Steele is none too pleased with the notion that Rush Limbaugh is “the de facto leader of the Republican Party.” Appearing with DL Hughley, and responding to Hugley’s statement that “no one will decry the things [Limbaugh] says,” Steele’s response is, “Rush Limbaugh is an entertainer. Rush Limbaugh, his whole thing is entertainment. Yes, it’s incendiary. Yes, it’s ugly.”
Greg Sargent at The Plum Line has the details of what is evolving into an ongoing feud. Limbaugh didn’t allow himself to ignore Steele’s comments:

Rihanna’s father supports her reunion with Chris Brown, two weeks after he allegedly assaulted her the night before the Grammy Awards. Ronald Fenty (right), spoke to US Magazine as his daughter was holed up over the weekend with Brown courtesy of Diddy at Sean Combs’ mansion near Miami.

It’s so much about feelings, and the predominant feeling liberalism is about is feeling good about themselves. And they do that by telling themselves they have all this compassion.
Conservatives are desperate to maintain their audiences and stay relevant after the party, the …

No one may have had more influence and more success in gathering a radio audience than Paul Harvey (above, with his beloved Lynne, aka “Angel”). Long before there was a Limbaugh, Harvey made his mark as an iconic pronouncer of each day’s events. “The rest of the story” gave us the background we never would otherwise have learned on important issues. The biographical verbal pictures he drew, where the name of the subject was the punchline to the story, gave us rare insights into important figures. The pause at the end of each newscast had engineers all over America on edge, …
