Some folks only wash their hands when they fear being caught not doing so would render them not fit to be in public. Arlen Specter washed his hands…of the Republican Party, but doesn’t necessarily engage in that activity when he is in the lavatory. In his defense, he does carry Purell, hand sanitizer to the stars.
