It is truly amazing that this gets elected to office. Kansas State Rep. Bill Otto put out this video a few weeks ago, but it just crossed my screen, unfortunately.
UPDATE: As you can see above, the original video was pulled, reportedly by Otto’s daughters. Now he’s put up a revised version, including a new three-minute introduction:
