Memo To Taylor Swift: Be Careful What T-Shirts You Embrace
It’s certainly possible in a crowded room to have someone skulk next to you and before you know it, a photo is taken. Taylor Swift’s rep says that was the case here, at Katy Perry’s birthday party. But since when is wearing the Swastika chic?

is this a halloween party or something?

I’m leaning towards a “Dumbass Convention”…

Maybe he was wearing it as a symbol of peace …
Or not …
Either way, this is not really controversial, in my opinion.

Yeah, but if Rush Limbaugh or Sarah Palin were wearing that shirt…
The accolades of “Nancy Pelosi was right!” would be echoing in 75 comments on here.

If Limbaugh or Palin finally came out as Nazis, at least they would get points for honesty…

Sorry, but wearing a swastika as a symbol of peace in this culture is perverse, despite the ancient Buddhist/Hindu meanings.
When I lived in Japan I often saw swastikas outside of Buddhist temples. It was a bit jarring at first, but you soon get used to it in that context. In the West, that symbol is still charged with a very different meaning.

It could be that the day has come when people under 30 don’t know any more about Hitler than they know about the Maine, or the Alamo, or the Gutenberg printing press, and the swastika doesn’t really mean anything to them.

Then, at the very least, they should be forced to watch Schindler’s List. They need to get an education.
Same goes for all the teabaggers with Obama=Hitler signs.

Well, as a prelude to Shindler’s they should see some of the documentaries of the death camps, the corpses in ovens, the bodies being bulldozed into mass graves, etc, etc.

It’s amazing how the media of the present and the History of the future treat(s) world Leaders. Hitler, who was pure evil, was featured as 1938 Time magazines man of the year.
