TMZ: Carrie Prejean Did X-Rated Home Video
Not that there’s anything wrong with that, unless you’re traipsing around the country at so-called “values summits” promoting yourself as courageous for sticking up for the Lord. TMZ reports that Prejean was demanding a $1 million settlement from Miss California-USA pageant officials until they confronted her with the videotape.
The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let’s just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We’re told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing.
But it’s not as though Prejean walks away with nothing. After all, she already got a little something up front.
I am outraged and disgusted..um?? Alan..could I see more photos like this so I can be really REALLY properly outraged and disgusted?

All the conservatives were saying was that if someone was going to vote Pelosi’s agenda it would be better if they had a (D) by their name so the constituents would know who to blame. Just imagine, you could have gay marriage and socialized medicine and amnesty letting Democrats win every election non-stop, repeal of Taft-Hartley, legal drugs, public stipends for every social cause, a bill of rights for animals… but man, you had to get that majority so fast that you ran anyone. I just said I could care less about Carrie Prejean. For a while some of the far right commentators were holding her up as some kind of paragon, but as you’ve seen they have silently abandoned her with all the baggage that has come along.
The only places this has been brought up is briefly on MSNBC and some of the blogs. Repeat, when she lost the contest and Perez Hilton made an as$ of himself it was all over the place, several networks, and over a valid issue, what is the future of marriage laws. This is just retarded, its like following Courtney Love around because this woman is obviously a train wreck. The “hate the Christians” meme is becoming more and more worthless, Falwell has been dead for years. That branch of the party disintegrated with Bush’s departure and matters about as much as the Democratic faction protesting krugerands from apartheid South Africa.

This is the issue that both Right and Left are forgetting…we live in the Information Age. Politicians and Pundits in the past could go from town to town, saying one thing in Peoria and another thing in Chicago, and all but the most adamant readers would ever know it. Nowadays, its all recorded, its all filmed its all just a few search terms away.
Now, whatever, Prejean’s double-click on her mouse would have just faded into obscurity, like Obama’s former drug use, and the opposition would more than likely, “not sink that low”.However, Prejean picked a fight on moral high-ground.

The veil of secrecy was partially lifted Wednesday after celebrity gossip Web site TMZ reported the deal was sealed after pageant lawyers presented an “extremely graphic” home video involving Prejean.
TMZ Managing Editor Harvey Levin said during a webcast Wednesday that he obtained the Prejean video during the summer, but found it “too racy” to post on his site. He indicated Prejean was alone in the video.
I’m not sure why Alan is so infatuated with this lady or than the fact she doesn’t believe in same sex marriage which by the show at the ballot box neither do the majority of Americans.
She did a video in her home alone. So what. Is it breaking the law..no..is it immoral..that’s between her and her maker..I don’t see anything wrong with it. How the video got out we will never know. I don’t think she tried to sell it or use it as an audition tape. But again the left wing nuts want to throw their stones at someone that has a differing opinion than their own.

I did not intend to speak in absolutes.
That was why I said there were exceptions and was speaking generally.
Gays are being denied equal rights with heterosexuals in terms of marriage and property rights.
For example, I know 2 lesbians who split up after being together many years. They have a child they adopted and 2 others that were the result of artificial insemination.
This state has no statutes covering custody or division of jointly-owned real estate and it is a massive legal mess.
Gays do not have equal rights in terms of inheritance laws because their union is not recognized.
There are other rights and other things under the law heteros have that are denied gay couples.
Please get caught up….

The custody would go to the mother of the children because the father came from a test tube. simple…only one of the women could adopt the child because they are not Legally married so the adoptive one gets custody. As far as real estate it just like two people going into business together if they didn’t set up ownership of divided property then thats their own fault.
There are no rights being denied to gay people and its a very tired arguement.

Funny, but isn’t it usually the Left, the same Left having such a rollicking good time with Prejeans’ story, the first to argue that:
1. What people do in the privacy of their own homes is their business,
2. Christians are prudes and sexual fuddy-duddies
They are right about #1, but somehow they think it doesn’t apply to Carrie Prejean, and
As such passionate advocates of personal sexual choices, they somehow think that doesn’t apply to Carrie Prejean either.
The word for that is hypocrisy. Yep, the same word so freely thrown against her. Psychologists call that projection.
You can’t have it both ways. You can’t call Christians prudes and at the same time blame Carrie Prejean for not being one.

I’m worried about the bad influence on what the children aspire to, not parents.
I feel sorry for the girl, but these pageants and judges etc are not exactly the Mother Theresas of the world.

Let’s try this again. She didn’t say anything about opposing gay marriage she said she believed in marriage between a man and woman. What business of mine or yours if she makes a video in her home baking cookies or pleasuring herself and as far as I know neither one is in violation of the law.
