Arizona Governor Signs Bill That Gives Law Enforcement Right To Stop Anyone Who Doesn’t Look Right

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has signed a bill that will allow enforcement officers to stop anyone in Arizona and demand documentation proving their legal presence in the U.S.  This is the toughest anti-immigrant bill in the country, and will likely incur lawsuits that will cost Arizona taxpayers millions of dollars.

Convicted Killer To Get Firing Squad

Ronnie Lee Gardner, 49, who was convicted in the killing of an attorney during an escape 25 years ago, will be executed by a five-person firing squad. Gardner was given the option of that or lethal injection, but told Judge Robin Reese, “I would like the firing squad, please.”
