Yes, I said it, and it’s true. What the West, and some Muslim-bashers, like to refer to as “Radical Islam” isn’t Islam at all, any more than killing an abortion doctor in the name of Jesus represents anything to do with Christianity. Radical Islam isn’t Islam, just as “soft rock” isn’t rock, your friends on Facebook aren’t actually friends, and near-beer isn’t anywhere near beer.
Attorney General Eric Holder was correct not to take the bait from Texas conservative Congressman Lamar Smith, who was foaming at the mouth to get Holder to put those two words together. Holder’s refusal to play along has been fodder for conservatives.
