My favorite line from this book:
“You Know You’re a REPUBLICAN if…You start off on third base and think you’ve hit a triple.”
But I’d like to add to that:
And you know you’re a Republican if you do in fact start off at the humble beginnings of first base but have been cajoled by those on third to vote against the only people who are actually trying to help you get to second.
