Wyoming Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis says her constituents are so worried about reinstatement of federal estate taxes that they’re planning to stop dialysis and other life-sustaining treatments so they can die before the end of the year.

Lummis, a Republican who holds her state’s lone seat in the House, declined to name any of the people who have made the comments.
