Not a big surprise, but a good move, given how much was accomplished when she broke the glass ceiling to become the first woman Speaker of the House. James Clyburn of South Carolina, the current Majority Whip, becomes Assistant Leader, and Maryland’s Steny Hoyer will be the Minority Whip.
