Dick Cheney On Mubarak: “A Good Man, A Good Friend And Ally”
Former Vice President Dick Cheney, speaking at a Ronald Reagan centennial event, defended Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and warned against the Obama administration moving too fast and too publicly.
Cheney noted it can be difficult for some foreign leaders to act on U.S. advice “in a visible way” without appearing compromised in their own countries.

“He’s been a good man, a good friend and ally to the United States,” Cheney said. “We need to remember that.”Click here for reuse options!
