Policemen overstepping their bounds is often an issue that motivates the left. It seems that the Republican Governor of Ohio also has an issue with cops.  He recently called an officer who gave him a ticket an “idiot” in a speech to the Ohio EPA.  It turns out that this is a pattern for the recently elected governor.

Back in December Kasich made two statements about officers ‘sneaking’ and ‘hiding’.

During a press conference with the Highway Patrol Kasich said:

“You got some patrolman sneaking in the weeds somewhere getting you going 2 miles an hour over the speed limit. We don’t want that in Ohio.”

We welcome the ability of Gov. Kasich to question law enforcement.  Now let’s hope he maintains this ability when the person arrested is a poor minority and not himself.
