Perhaps this should be chalked up to an unfortunate moment of extreme insensitivity. CNBC’s Larry Kudlow tried to frame the disaster resulting from the tsunami in Japan to the economic meltdown, declaring, “The human toll here,” he declared, “looks to be much worse than the economic toll and we can be grateful for that.”
