If you want to get invited back to a television show, is the model that you go into a blind, shirtless rage after an interview and throw a chair at a window so it shatters and glass falls on the street? Chris Brown, who was barely coherent when Robin Roberts spoke to him on GMA earlier this week, has been offered a chance to return.
While Brown was noticeably upset at the outcome of the interview, he was already invited back. This morning (March 23rd), Robin Roberts voiced that the GMA producers would “love to have him back”. It …

Like Congressman Peter King of Long Island, Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois will hold hearings focusing on Muslims. Unlike King, Durbin will focus on protecting the civil rights of Muslim Americans.
Durbin said the hearing is necessary following an increase in anti-Muslim bigorty in the United States, including “[Koran]burnings, restrictions on mosque construction, hate crimes, hate speech, and other forms of discrimination.”
While Durbin aides deny that the hearing is in reponse to Rep. Peter King’s (R-N.Y.) investigation into “radicalization” within the American Muslim community, the contrast between the two is hard to miss.
“Our Constitution protects the free …

When asked by Greta Van Susteren on March 7 what he would do about Libya, Newt Gingrich said:
GINGRICH: Exercise a no-fly zone this evening, communicate to the Libyan military that Gadhafi was gone and that the sooner they switch sides, the more likely they were to survive … This is a moment to get rid of him. Do it. Get it over with.
On March 23, after the no-fly zone was started, speaking to NBC’s Today Show, he said:
GINGRICH: I think that two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is a lot … I would …

Donald Trump, who said the other day he has doubts that President Obama was born in the U.S., expressed further doubt on The View, claiming, “there’s something on that birth certificate he doesn’t like.”
Trump repeated his now frequent question about Obama, “why doesn’t he show his birth certificate? And you know what? I wish he would, because I think it’s a terrible pale that’s hanging over him.” Trump continued claiming that “nobody from those early years remembers him” and asked the ladies to show him a picture of Obama when he was young. Although when Trump declared …

Apple pulled an anti-gay app after 150,000 signatures appeared on an online petition asking for its removal.
Released in mid-February by the Orlando, Fla.-based Christian group Exodus International, the free app provided video, podcasts, blog posts and other content that reflect the group’s mission as a “refuge for people looking for help in their journey out of homosexuality.”
“Exodus is a Christian ministry that supports those wanting to reconcile their faith with their sexual behavior,” the group says on its site, adding that it believes that changing homosexuality is possible because thousands of people in its network can attest to …

The Arizona Senate voted to make it illegal to have an abortion based on the race or gender of the fetus, and added provisions that would send anyone knowingly involved in such a procedure to jail. It’s already been passed by the Arizona House and is likely to be signed by Governor Jan Brewer. This bill is considered more restrictive than the just-passed South Dakota law, forcing women into anti-abortion counseling and a three-day wait period.
HB 2443 does more than make criminals out of doctors who terminate a pregnancy knowing the woman’s reason is to select the race …

South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard has signed a law that forces women in that state into the longest waiting period in the country if they choose to have an abortion. Most states that have waiting periods — about half of them — mandate a 24-hour period. They will also be forced to have counseling where they will be discouraged from having the procedure.
Within minutes of Daugaard’s announcement that he had signed the measure, abortion rights groups said they plan to file a lawsuit challenging the measure, which one said could create particular hardships for women who live in rural …

I watched you when you were on Fox with Hannity, and occasionally listen to you on your radio program. I can honestly say I have disagreed with you 100% of the time. I don’t know how somebody like yourself can have the views, which in the long run, will destroy America…why don’t you allow the callers who disagree with you time to speak their views? Your talking over them and playing your sound effects, show me you can’t debate on an even playing field, which shows me …
