Justice Department To Seek Indictment Of John Edwards

The U.S. Department of Justice has decided to seek prosecution of John Edwards for violations of campaign finance laws.
…the former senator from North Carolina is now considering his limited options. He could accept a plea bargain with prosecutors or face a potentially costly trial.
Edwards has been the focus of a lengthy federal investigation focusing on hundreds of thousands of dollars allegedly provided by two wealthy supporters. The government will contend those were illegal donations that ultimately went to support and seclude his mistress, Rielle Hunter…

Dave Weigel at Slate is calling the race for Kathy Hochul (pictured right).
9:43: Corwin is dramatically underperforming in the GLOW counties and Monroe. I’m calling it for Hochul.
The Associated Press also called it for Hochul.
Corwin had already move to have ballots impounded.
The court order was granted by State Supreme Court Justice Russell Buscaglia.
It calls for all voting equipment to be impounded, as well as the paper ballots from the voting machines as well as the military, overseas and absentee ballots.

A study by Samuel Sommers of Tufts and Michael I. Norton of Harvard indicates that white Americans think anti-white racism has surpassed anti-black racism.
