Rick Perry sent Nancy Pelosi a letter challenging her to debate next week.
“I am in Washington Monday and would love to engage you in a public debate about my Overhaul Washington plan versus the congressional status quo.
I think it would be a tremendous service to the American public to see a public airing of those differences. Let the people decide.
If Monday doesn’t work, perhaps we could find a time in Iowa over the course of the next month to discuss these issues in front of the people of America’s heartland.”…

Submitted by Mary
Pennsylvania said they didn’t first hear abuse charges concerning Jerry Sandusky from assistant coach Mike McQueary; rather it was from a mother reporting that Sandusky showered with her 11-year-old son in 1998.
State College police did help on a case led by Penn State police into a 1998 allegation, referred to in a 23-page grand jury report on the Sandusky investigation as “Victim 6.”

It failed in Mississippi, but now Georgia is trying it.
We’re told that two lawmakers intend to submit “personhood” resolutions – proposed constitutional amendments that would declare that life begins at fertilization, as would legal protection. All abortions would be banned; in vitro fertilization would be restricted.
Mississippi defeated a similar measure last week by 58 percent.
In the Senate, the sponsor will be Barry Loudermilk, R-Cassville – no surprise, given his pro-life reputation. In the House, the sponsor will be Rick Crawford of Cedartown (pictured).
Here’s the thing: Crawford is a Democrat.…
