One of my more academic posts is up at RegBlog.  The post is about a recent report from a progressive group that criticizes the Obama administration for being too friendly to business.  I argue that in order to make this point, the group leaves out a lot of relevant information and in fact this administration has done more on the regulatory front for progressives than they get credit for (except from the right!).

University. He teaches economics and cost-benefit analysis and studies
regulation in the United States at both the federal and state levels.
