The three men were making Molotov cocktails for their plan to disrupt the NATO summit this weekend, prosecutors told the Associated Press. They have been charged with providing material support for terrorism, conspiracy to commit terrorism and possession of explosives…

The three men involved in the plot have been identified as Brian Church, 27, of Florida, Jared Chase, 24, of New Hampshire, and Brent Vincent Betterly, 24, of Massachusetts. They are each being held on a $1.5 million bond.
