Rielle Hunter blasts Elizabeth Edwards in her upcoming tell-all book, calling her a “witch on wheels” who drove disgraced former senator John Edwards to have affairs with other women.

In the book, “What Really Happened,” Hunter depicts her lover’s cancer-stricken wife as “crazy,” shouting demands at her husband, physically attacking him and callously firing his staffers — all while keeping up the public persona as a “saint.”
