Tucson Exec Fired After Berating Chick-Fil-A Worker
A viral video of Adam Smith, formerly Chief Financial Officer at Vante, resulted in his firing. Smith went to a drive-thru and ordered a free cup of water, after which he spewed venom toward Chick-fil-A as a “hateful corporation,” told the employee, “I don’t know how you live with yourself and work here,” and declared himself “totally heterosexual.” Smith was also an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona, and his profile was scrubbed from their website.
