Delaware Dad Faces Prison For Waterboarding 11-Year-Old Daughter

Melvin Morse, a Delaware doctor and his wife, Pauline, waterboarded his daughter and now he and his wife face prison time.

Morse “disciplined his daughter by holding her face and nose under running water, causing her to choke and feel as though she was drowning, the girl told police, according to the News Journal newspaper.

“The girl, whose wasn’t identified, told authorities her dad called the punishment ‘waterboarding,’ after the controversial torture method used to interrogate terrorists and prisoners.”
