House Republicans’ Plan For Two-Month Vacation Leaves Important Business Hanging
Of course, Republicans don’t want to do anything until after the election. Never mind that Republicans attacked Nancy Pelosi for a five-week recess four years ago. In the balance:
1. Violence Against Women Act re-authorization.
2. The American Jobs Act.
3. Tax cuts for working families.
4. Veterans Job Corps Act.
6. Farm Bill.
