Threatens To Blow Up Liberty Bell

The unidentified man left two backpacks which were found on Market Street.

Police arrived on the scene at approximately 10:45. Shortly after a member of the department’s bomb squad unit began investigating the backpacks.

Police became aware of the object after the person who left it got in contact with someone else, a source said.
