That would seem to indicate that you incorrectly typed the two words that appear in the reCAPTCHA box at the bottom of the registration page.
Click the cycling arrow button directly to the right of the two mangled-looking words on the registration page to get a new reCAPTCHA, or click the speaker icon button to get an audio version.
We’re actually not using their grid system (though we work with people who do, and who couldn’t be happier with it). Something somewhere is overloading Apache on our server, and the key will be figuring out what that is.
BCC, the host itself isn’t the problem (we use the same company that Starbucks, Diesel and many other companies use). If we can’t determine what the underlying cause of the outages is, then there’s no guarantee that moving to a different hosting company would solve the issues.
