AND OBAMA ? DOES HE KNOW ? (what he is talking about regarding international issues ). . .

Last time I checked, wasn’t it Obama the candidate-yes the candidate BARACK OBAMA who had a highly received meeting to those dignitaries overseas ? !
If he can get their attention and all–and HE WAS NOT EVEN THE ELECTED PRESIDENT, YET …
