Jesus was teaching to those that they should help those less fortunate. He never espoused the government to redistribute the wealth of one person to that of another.
And John the Baptist never said that government should take the cloak of one and give it to another.
Those are good teachings but they were talking of one volunteering their cloaks and their wealth.
I am sure Jesus would look at government taking from one to giving to another as theft. That is no different than a burgler stealing your tv from your living room.

In 1993 Clinton disarmed US soldiers on base. In March of 1993 the Army imposed regulations that forbid military personal from carrying personal weapons and made it impossible for commanders to issue weapons to soldiers in the U.S. for their own personal protection.

The way the federal government will control health care costs is by doing such things as they propose to do with mammagrams.
The bottom line…rationing mammagrams. What if a woman has a lump on her breast at, say, 30 years old but doesn’t know it. A mammagram would find it but with federally run health care that woman would probably die before she was old enough to get a mammagram.
Science doesn’t understand everything. God did not intend for us to understand everything. God created those scientist so that we could better understand much of the un-understandable. He gave them the knowledge.
