Gore: "I Put My Money Where My Mouth Is"; Cons Resent His Green Investments

Considering that former Vice President Al Gore selected as his 2000 running mate the Judas-like Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman … his failure to win the presidency might have been a blessing.

Representative Joe Wilson Shouts "You Lie" At President Obama (UPDATED)

“This evening I let my emotions get the best of me.…” —Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.)

My guess is that Mr. Wilson knew exactly what he doing.

Pastor Steven Anderson: Obama Should Get Brain Cancer Like Kennedy

God sent me a message this past weekend: Once the time has arrived, he will not permit the pastor into Heaven.

Carrie Prejean Accuses Pageant Of Religious Discrimination

Not that I care about this individual – but wasn’t she supposed to be a beauty pageant contestant?

This has been the dumbest deference to a know-nothing young-one since the late 1980s caught some “words of wisdom” emanating from the mouth of then-teenaged-singing-sensations Tiffany and Debbie Gibson.

Bachmann: "Don't 'Palinize' Me"

If Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn. #06) is serving her constituents effectively, she hasn’t anything worry about.

One More Republican Cheater

The boyfriend and his $10,000? … An idiot who has no concept of today’s money nor its worth.

One More Republican Cheater

John Ensign + Mark Sanford + Paul Stanley = Republican Values

Happy Anniversary To Socialized Medicine

Today’s Republican Party can go the way of the Whigs.

Happy Anniversary To Socialized Medicine

Bingo!

Not going for the public option, no going for employer mandate — that’s putting insurance companies ahead of the American people!

By the way: I’m all in favor of taking away the insurance we pay in supporting members of Congress — both current and past — until there is the passage of a meaningful, substantive bill. A health insurance, not merely “health care,” bill

Congressman Peter King Unloads On "Lowlife" Michael Jackson And The Media

Correction: Peter King is a publicity whore. For himself. Good work, Petey! (Who are you?)

Congressman Peter King Unloads On "Lowlife" Michael Jackson And The Media

Peter King has done something a big favor. Prior to “speaking out” no one knew who the hell he is. (Nor cared.)

Sen. Chuck Grassley's Health Care Plan: Get A Gov't. Job

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Ia.) is a good example why many believe elected politicians should be term limited, even in the U.S. Senate.

On Wednesday's Radio Show...

Alan,

I listened to your podcast with Michael Scheuer.

What an a******!

Good News: Sanford Will "Try To Fall Back In Love" With Wife

That may very well be, libpatriot. After all, S.C. has given only “two” Democratic victories in five consecutive deades of the 1960s-2000s: 1960 John F. Kennedy and 1976 Jimmy Carter.

When Barack Obama wins re-election in 2012 he’ll do one of the following two: trade like “Monopoly” pieces with his GOP opponent (giving back Indiana for same-numbered electoral votes bellwether Missouri and Montana) — or he’ll be on his way to a 1972 Richard Nixon/1984 Ronald Reagan dominance and carry states you don’t ordinarily think could swing to the Dems. (Keep in mind: with exception of Woodrow Wilson, all two-term presidents won more electoral votes in their re-elections.)

Consider the 18-29 voting group (which Obama won by 34 points), the Latinos (won by Obama by 35/36 points), Women (won by Obama by roughly 55 percent; these two groups brought Indiana to Obama!) … the demos are shaping up where fewer identify with Republicans and all the GOP can hang their hopes on is the Rush Limbaugh-like Preaching to the Choir.

Look out not only for S.C. — which carried for George W. Bush in 2004 and John McCain by eight/nine points (50 percent shifted Democratic in the margin) — but also Texas, Arizona, Georgia, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the first congressional district in Nebraska. (McCain lost half of George W. Bush’s 2004 margin, of 23 points, in Bush’s home state. It’ll generate 10 percent more in electoral votes, for Elections 2012, 2016, and 2020, and you’ll see it no longer a guarantee for Republicans.)

GOP Senator Welcomes Franken By Calling Him "The Clown From Minnesota"

Jim Inhofe and Sally Kern lead me to believe that the voters in the state of Oklahoma have the following standard: If you’re a Republican … you’re good enough for us!

Good News: Sanford Will "Try To Fall Back In Love" With Wife

Gov. Mark Sanford — who has brought shame to the state of South Carolina and the Republican Party — needs to either resign … or be removed.

But, hey, maybe Sanford should remain in S.C. for political reasons. He can run for re-election in 2010. After a bitter Republican primary — win of lose (by however big or small a margin) — we could see a Democrat flip the governor’s mansion. And Sen. Lindsey Graham can screech like he’s … Back on Broadway. And most encouragingly, for Election 2012, the GOP would have to fight to retain S.C. on the way to 44th president Barack Obama’s landslide re-election.

No matter what happens with Sanford, there may be a silver lining to this cloud of an idiotic scandal … starring this elected-office-holding Republican hypocrite.

Wingnut Of the Day: Sally Kern

Has Sally Kern spoken out on the morality over the infidelities of Sen. John Ensign (R-Nevada) and/or Gov. Mark Sanford (R-South Carolina)?

Is Obama Bringing Enough Change?

I’m done with “The Washington Post.” Given its treatment of Dan Froomkin, and it’s deliberate desire to tap into a conservative perspective…it’s an untrustworthy, declining publication. (Sad, really.)

On Thursday's Radio Show...

Two major stars on the same day – Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson – just four hours apart from each other.

It’s mindblowing.

And two days ago, Ed McMahon.

Each made their unique stamp on showbiz.

I’ll miss each one of them!

When The Right Can Do No Wrong

I considered commenting on the Web site, but I would have had to e-mail the author. I figured she’s not worth the trouble. (As for other articles she has written, I am not familiar; but once again, she isn’t worth the trouble.)

Sanford Called For Clinton To Resign Over Affair

Nice spin attempt, UM CARA — now please follow the subject rather than attempt to change it.

Sen. John Ensign (R-Nevada) and Gov. Mark Sanford (R-South Carolina) have shamed themselves, humiliated their families, and deceived their constituents.

Sen. Ensign and Gov. Sanford have called on other polticians — in the midst of “indiscretions” — to reside. Why haven’t they?
