I’ve worked in one of the biggest law firms in the world since 1999. A few years ago, one of our brand-new associate attorneys faxed a threatening letter to his landlord on the letterhead of our firm. He was not smart enough to remove the letter from the fax machine after sending; the letter was discovered, turned over to management and he was immediately terminated.
The same thing should happen to Brian Kolb for sending his letter on state letterhead. He was NOT speaking for the people of New York – rather he was voicing his own opinion. He even confessed to Alan that by using the state’s letterhead, he thought the opinion would “carry more weight.”
I’m a moderate, know TONS of “left-wingers,” and I can confidently assure you that not one of them is “terrified” by Sarah Palin.
A better one-word description would be “APPALLED.”
Because it is truly APPALLING that anyone would consider her qualified on any level as a candidate for ANY national office. That is John McCain’s legacy. And he knows it.
Palin reflexively plays the victim card EVERY TIME! She is easily THE MOST NARCISSISTIC “POLITICIAN” ever to appear on the American political scene. Period. Hands down. Enough already.
For the sake of truth in advertising, the Republican Party should name Frank Gaffney as its Leader and rename itself the Ministry of Fear.
Unbelievable. I would be VERY interested to learn how many right-wingers have ever traveled in any countries with majority Muslim populations. I have been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in both Turkey and Egypt and have made wonderful friends there.
I look forward to the day when ALL Americans finally move out of the 19th century and into the 21st. Good god!
