Making it easier for people to continue to use drugs and for even more people to head down that path will be essentially to contribute to increased crime and violence, as well as increased poverty, as if drug infested areas don’t already have poverty enough! Alan, what we need are better programs for getting people OFF OF DRUGS, not programs to encourage their continued use!
